The service

OpenInsider provides normalized insider-disclosure research drawn from official regulators: CNMV in Spain and AMF in France. Source filings remain authoritative.

Acceptable use

Use the service for lawful research. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, collect other people's credentials, or present the data as official.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. OpenInsider is not a real-time feed and does not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or that a specific record exists.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Pro is a monthly subscription. Cancel from your account at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. The final amount and any applicable VAT are shown before payment.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OpenInsider is not liable for decisions you make using the research. Nothing here is investment, legal, or financial advice.

Governing law

Spanish law applies.
