What OpenInsider is
OpenInsider is an independent research and normalization service. It collects public insider disclosures reported to European regulators, normalizes them into consistent records, and links every record back to the authoritative source filing.
Sources
Disclosures are normalized from official regulators: CNMV in Spain and AMF in France. The source filings remain authoritative; OpenInsider does not replace them. France's public history begins 1 January 2023.
Independence
OpenInsider is operated independently by Pablo Reyes. It is not affiliated with CNMV, AMF, or any regulated issuer.
Funding
The service is funded by subscription revenue from Pro accounts. Open web research remains free.
Not investment advice
OpenInsider is a research tool, not a real-time feed. Nothing on it is investment, legal, or financial advice. Rankings and activity patterns organize public evidence; they do not establish intent.
