What the service provides
OpenInsider supports research into regulatory disclosures of transactions by managers and related parties, normalized from CNMV in Spain and AMF in France. It also presents context and derived analyses with their own limits. It is not an official service and is not affiliated with those authorities or issuers.
Sources, normalization and reuse
Records link to original regulatory sources and the methodology explains normalization. Public access to a document is not an unrestricted data license. Reuse must respect each source’s conditions, data protection rights and the service’s access terms. Prices, logos and other enrichment have their own rights and attribution requirements.
Accuracy and official publications
Source, extraction, classification or identity-linking errors may occur, along with publication or update delays. The official filing remains authoritative; an OpenInsider profile or aggregate does not replace it. Check the original document and amendments before reusing a figure.
Interpretation and responsibility
Filings and patterns do not prove motives, irregularities or future returns. OpenInsider does not provide investment, financial or legal advice and is not a real-time feed. Service terms describe its limits; these notices do not exclude responsibilities or rights that cannot legally be waived.
Personal data and external links
Names and relationships in regulatory filings remain personal data even when the source is public. The privacy policy and rights contact also apply to those people. External links help verify evidence; their content and availability depend on their operators.
